Welcome to the EclipseCon 2013 sponsor prospectus page. This is the ninth year for EclipseCon North America.

The following packages and add-on options are our standard offerings. We have other options available. Please contact us if you would like to share your ideas and discuss other sponsorship opportunities.


Conference at a Glance

EclipseCon is a premium technology conference with a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. It is four-day annual conference involving companies and individuals producing and using Eclipse technology. The conference includes a day of tutorials followed by three days of sessions, evening BoFs, receptions, integrated exhibits, and more.

Venue

EclipseCon 2013 will be held at the Seaport Hotel & World Trade Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Located on the Boston waterfront in the bustling Seaport District and just three miles from Logan International Airport, the venue is close to major points of interest, including the Financial District, Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall, and the North End.

Demographics

The typical EclipseCon attendee is an experienced software developer or architect. Roughly 25% - 30% of EclipseCon attendees are in a leadership position. Sponsorship Packages

All sponsor packages include a table-top display space. All sponsors may substitute their own display that meets the size specifications for their exhibit space. The exhibit space may vary with the type of sponsor; be sure to contact us for details about supplying your own display.

Booth Description

Each table-top display includes

  • 8-foot x 4-foot pin board
  • 42-inch high draped counter, 24 inches deep
  • 7-inch x 44-inch sign with company name only (black and white, no logo, to be pinned to pin board)
  • 1 clip light (to be attached to top of pin board)
  • 1 padded stool
  • 1 wastebasket
  • 8-foot high back wall drape
  • 3-foot high side drapes

Note that the visible area on pin board above the table is 94 inches wide and 36 inches high between the top of the pin board and the top of the table. When the ID sign is added to the pin board, there is 30 inches between the bottom of the ID sign and the top of the table.

Booth Details

Booths 1 to 6 (for Gold Sponsors) are centrally located in the Atrium Lobby, larger in size, and in a premium location with very high traffic. Attendees will be going to session rooms on each side of the Atrium Level, and to the sessions on the floors below via the escalators.

Booths 7 to 19 are centrally located in the Atrium Lobby, with good traffic flow of attendees going to sessions rooms on each side of the Atrium Level, and to the sessions on the floors below via the escalators.

Booths 20 to 25 are in the Harborview Lobby, with good traffic flow of attendees going to the sessions in the Harborview Ballrooms, to the power-up lounge, and to the outdoor terrace. Food and beverages will be served nearby.

  • Access to add-ons beginning December 1, 2012

  • Price: $5,000 for members and alumni sponsors; $6,000 for others

Additional Information
