As shown in the image above, the standard display includes a table (1.2m long x .60m deep x .79m high), a double poster board (two connected panels), and two chairs. Each poster board panel measures .94m wide x 2.4m high.
Power and WiFi are included. Sponsors are welcome to bring their own display if it fits within their assigned space (each space is 3 meters wide by 2 meters deep); please contact us if you would like to bring your own display.
Please use the address below when shipping to the venue. Note that shipments must not arrive BEFORE Friday, June 19 and must arrive NO LATER than Tuesday, June 23. Sponsors must arrange for their own return shipping.

Ordering from the Venue
The venue can supply sponsors with graphics and AV equipment.
You may bring your own signs for your display, or you may order from the venue. The deadline for ordering graphics from the venue is Monday, June 1 . Your image file should be a high-resolution PDF, at least 300 dpi. Please contact the venue for more information. The venue needs your VAT or DUNS number and invoicing address to process your order, so please have that available.
You may rent a monitor (or other AV items) from the venue; the price list is here. The deadline for ordering AV from the venue is Monday May 26. Please contact the venue for more information. There is WiFi at the venue, but speed and reliability are not guaranteed. You may order a wired line from the venue (the basic charge is €195). Please contact the venue for more information. Attendee badges will have a QR code on the back with basic attendee information (name, email address, phone number). If you want to gather attendee data by scanning the codes, you will need to have a code reader app for your smartphone.
Please be aware that we do not provide security in the exhibit areas, and the Eclipse Foundation and the Centre de Congrès Pierre Baudis are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
