Current Important Info
Schedule
The schedule has been published! Please look for your talk, and let us know ASAP if you have any questions or need help.
Reminders
Speaker Registration
Your registration confirms that you will attend and give the talk, so please register promptly! Your registration instructions were sent with your Accept email.
Speaker Discounts
The first speaker on a standard talk receives a speaker discount for the conference. For a tutorial, the first and second speakers receive a discount. You may use your discount on either an All-Access Pass (Monday - Thursday) or a Three-Day Pass (Tuesday - Thursday). Please be sure to select the pass that corresponds to your anticipated attendance so that we have an accurate count for each day.
For general information about speaker discounts, see the Speaker FAQs page.
Many co-speakers who don’t qualify for a speaker discount may qualify for a Committer, Member, or Alumni discount. See the registration page for details.
Hotel
Be sure to book your hotel, especially if you plan to stay at the Nestor. We expect the Nestor to sell out. The special conference rate expires on September 1, 2023. For more information, see the Hotel page on the website.
Your Photo and Bio
We have a Speakers page on the conference website, but many speakers are missing a photo and bio. Please add these items to your eclipse.org account so that they appear on the website!
Promoting Your Talk
Get more people to your talk! Blog, tweet (#eclipsecon), invite friends and colleagues to attend. Some of you may be contacted by a member of the Eclipse Foundation marketing team about promoting your particular talk. We appreciate your participation in our conference marketing activities.
For badges, icons, and banners to use to help promote the conference, see the Share Your Participation page.
